Reverse Dieting After My Cut?

I have about 5 weeks left of my cut…I’ve changed my nutrition for the better so when I’m not bulking I still want to be lean not a kind of bloated watery look I used to have…so say I get to 10% b/f, do I just slowly bring cals back up to maintenance level and take it from there? What shall I do about cardio? I am currently doing 30 mins HIT four times a week. Please note in 5 weeks Im coming off my Winny/Test Prop stack. (I’m 43, 5’7", 1280lbs at the moment - 205lbs before my cut)
