i remember a thread on here talking about setting up reverse band in a half cage, but cannot find.
I was just thinking of moving the safety pin/rack things up to max heigh loopping the bands around and putting the bands on the bar. Anyone tried this?
Well, if you look at that half cage you have band pegs at the top. Sure it’ll give you a good amount of help, and you’ll have to load up the weight and it’s slightly an ego-stroke but give it a go.

ahh dude didnt even see that on the picture. The one in the gym i go to doesnt have that. its only got the pull up attatchments.
Just gonna try putting the safety bars as high as possible wrap the bands around and give it a shot and see how it all goes.
