Rever hypers & 100m springs

Our gym doesnt have a RH machine, whats a good apparatus to do these on? Our back extension machine isnt appropiate, its some weird one that is on a 45 degree angle

Also does anyone have suggestions for improving the 100m sprint

A reverse hyper not done on a reverse hyper machine is not a reverse hyper. Use The 45 degree back extension with some bend in your knee. Make sure to hit your hams and glutes hard. Also check out some of Joe D’s articles and maybe the Parisi Warm up method video that can be found at elitefts.
