Returning Lifter

Hi, Whats up?
My name is brad. Im a junior in highschool making me 16. I havnt lifted in about 3 months. I joined the wrestling team. I had to quit cause of injury and decided to start back lifting. My goal for right now is mass and gettin rid of fat.

Well i have a few questions If you only train your upper body and do weighted cardio what will happen? Is 5x5 training actually a good method? Thanks thats all for now.

Yea 5x5 is good, switch it up after 8 weeks. If your trying to loose weight do any kind of cardio and get your diet in order. Post how you eat. Front squats count and yes you gotta do em and put effort into your legs. They will help your hole body grow, that includes your upper body. If you just do your upper body it won’t grow as much as if you were doing your legs as well as your upper body.
