Returning Lifter/Lack of Equipment

I have been on a (more or less) 2 year hiatus from serious lifting and have gotten pretty soft in the process. I am looking for a solid program that doesn’t call for any machine lifts because I lift at home/alone and have a gym solely consisting of free weights. I can’t do heavy squats because I am not strong enough to (safely) hoist up 200+ lbs over my head, squat it, and return it to the Earth. I also don’t have a great deal of time to peruse through all the articles/forums on here to try and find the perfect program. So I was hoping someone could at least point me in the right direction? Please? Any info would be of much use!
