Return to 5/3/1

Due to work and family commitments I’m returning to a more simple way of training, i was doing full body splits 4 days per week but can now only afford 3 days to train. I like the simple hard work and have drawn up the following so any feedback would be great.

Benchpress 531 & Jokers
FSL 3-5 sets of 5 with long pause
Rowing movement 5-sets 8-10

Squat 531 & Jokers
FSL with a pause
Core

Deadlift & Jokers
FSL from deficit
Military 5/3/1
