Hey i’m new to this forum so sorry if this has been asked many times before. i’ve just started to read alot of the programs written by Chad and I’m interested in trying some of them because they are very different to anything I have used before. I just wanted to hear anything from people that have used any of his routines in the past. I was thinking of maybe giving ABBH a go.
I’ve been lifting for just over 2 years and my goals are to increase both size and strength. My lifts on the big three aren’t too bad and i weigh about 95kg so i think i’ve built a pretty good base for myself so far. Let me know if you think it’s worth while trying out ABBH or any other Waterbury program and also the results you have had from doing any of them. cheers
