After 2.5 months of some pretty hard training and dramatic improvements I seem to have hit a wall this past week. In my workouts I just didnt feel up to snuff, my cardio training suffered as well. Just seemed to run out of gas.
In about 2 months I went from 205 lbs to 187 pounds, dropped around 8% body fat.
How do you get through a rest week because I am seriously considering taking one to recharge. I have some pretty hard goals established and my brain keeps telling me to keep pushing but I am starting to feel out of it.
Should I do some short cardio and light weight training or go for walks etc? Now that this training and eating clean has become habitual it’s pretty damned hard for me to just sit back and do nothing for a week.
