When you guys take time off, do you adjust your calories? I am in the middle of trying to bulk a bit, and my body was telling me it was time to take a week off so I am, my question is should I keep eating at that same increased level or lower it for the week.
I always diet on my weeks off. I find i really lean out, and never lose any muscle. I still do bodyweight excersizes and eat really clean.
