I am about to start the Growth Surge workout and had a question about how much time is enough in between workouts. I can workout at 3pm and again at 8pm (4hours of rest). Will that be enough rest or should I just do one workout a day. Thanks.
I’d recommend more than 4 hours. At least 8. You want enough time for your carb meals to do their healing.
poliquins article on the site says 4-6hrs… of course that depends on if your workouts are structured per his recomendations
