I was wondering how much rest should be taken between a superset of
A1 BACKSQUAT 3-5 SETS 30 SEC STUTTER SET
A2 DEADLIFT 3-5 SETS 30 SEC STUTTER SET
For stutter set, I mean choosing a weight for 3-5 reps and do as much reps as I can during 30 sec. I stop the watch between the sets in the 30 sec sequence.
