In regards to a layers workout, how much rest time do you allow -or think is optimal- between sets, during:
1) Top couple of singles during the ramp to max layer?
2) Cluster sets?
3) HDL sets (any difference with the different types of HDL?)?
Currently I'm running about 60-90 seconds for top ramp to max singles, about 120-150 seconds for the cluster sets, and about 150 seconds for the HDL layer. Is this ok? Or should I not worry too much and just rest long enough to 'make' the next set? I just wanna make sure I'm not resting too much or too little...
