Rest Required?

It might be because my age or what ever but I just turned 18 and I’m a senior in highschool
I’ve been doing push pull legs since August
I’ve been able to go two weeks with out rest and that’s just because life got in the way
I’ve been eating like a monster and been fine regularly working with weights at the upper 400s lower 500s in the deadlift and variations and upper 300s lower 400s for back squats plus simliar ratios of weights (not that weight for others but uk high weights for the respective exercises) and been fine
I think as long as you pound the food and watch for lower back achiness I think it’s fine no rest at all
You just have to get used to it

Well that’s even more retarded to indicate that 4 days rest between muscle groups is too much. ALOT of guys on this site make 7 days work.
