Rest periods

Quick question…I normally do training in a 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off…repeat fashion. However, since I travel with my job, is it really that bad to possibly switch to a 3 on, 1 off, 1 on, 2 off…repeat. I’ve been making killer gains, but want to make sure this isn’t going to fock me when I start my new plan. Thanks dudes.

any plan is good as long as you give enough time to recoup from workout to workout. Day day in the middle of the off days you can do a hard deadlft or squat routine. You need more time to recoup from those workouts. laters pk
