Rest/Pause or Clusters with Light to Medium Weight?

hi CT

If heavy lifting not necessary for size…
can i use like a (rest/pause) or (clusters) with light to medium weight with highest reps ?
and what is the best method to increase chance for mass gain when cutting ?

Myo reps is a form of what you are talking about

Do 10-15 reps / rest 7 sec / do 3 reps / rest 7 sec / do 3 reps… keep going until you can’t get 3 reps

If you are natural it will be hard to gain mass while cutting. Keep volume low-moderate to avoid excessive cortisol production, keep protein high (even higher than when trying to gan, include protein and carbs (plazma_ pre-workout and protein post-workout.
