531 second addition you have rest pause for the main set but I’ve seen it other places where you drop down to First Set Last and do the rest pause. Which one have you had more success with?
The latter works better.
What assistance do you recommend with FSL Rest Pause? 50-100 reps of each categry?
I’ll have to check the book - I have no idea off the top of my head and I won’t be near book for a few days. Much of this depends on other factors besides just the lifting. Remember that training isn’t just lifting.
