Rest-Pause Form for Biceps

When using the rest-pause method for EZ bar curls and barbell curls, how good do you need to keep your form?

Also, what are some good forearm exercises to use RP on?

Would something like this work for my biceps/forearms.

Rotating my incline curls RP and barbell curls RP, and then doing straight sets of hammer curls (probably 12-20 reps, just doing them week to week without rotating).

I previously rotated these;

incline curls RP/ez bar curls RP
hammer curls RP/reverse ez bar curls RP

Both ez bar curls are givin me hell, so it may be time for a switch?
