Rest-Pause and Type 3's

I really enjoy the rest-pause portion of the Best Damn Program, using the 4-6 rep range. Does this make sense given my neurotype test results? Or is this method just not a good idea for me?

Well, as a form of havy-ish lifting, rest/pause would be goodfor type3 and they likely perform well on it because they can recover rapidlyduring the short break. If they do a lot of it, it might be hard to recover from but since that program only has one set you will be fine.
