6' 208lbs. My 1RM in lbs to date: 312 squat, 182 bench, 370 deadlift & 120 press.

I take around 5 mins before the PR set, 5 min break before FSL sets then I need around 2-3 mins in between FLS sets (especially squat day). Is the objective to get as much rest as possible or is shorter rest times optimal. I feel like I'm taking forever but looking for a little guidance. I train alone in my garage so I have no clue what others do. Cheers.
