Took this week off from training due to receiving my second covid vaccine, allow my body to utilize the rest period in case I come down with side effects
My question is how often should a person take a week away from training…i know you have written after each 5 week program before starting over or starting a new program…am I interpreting that correctly, take 5 to 10 days after 4 to 6 weeks of training?
