Ring Push Ups (in 12kg vest): 3x8 - all reps with 2 sec pause at bottom & 2 sec pause at top

Ring Rows (in 12kg vest): 3x8 - all reps with 2 sec pause at bottom & 2 sec pause at top

Ring Muscle Ups: 1x4 in 12kg vest / 1x4 in 10kg vest / 1x4 in 8kg vest

Sled Push / Sled Reverse Drag: 8x220kg/220kg

Pull Ups: 1x12 in 12 kg vest - 30 secs rest - 1x12 at bodyweight

Ring Dips: 1x12 in 12 kg vest - 30 secs rest - 1x12 at bodyweight
