I was just hoping to get some feedback from anyone who has ever purchased one or has done any research on them. Basically, I can’t get my mom into a gym. I’ve tried. and failed. and tried. and failed. So I thought one of the resistance-band training systems that fits in the doorway would add a little variety to her limited workouts at home.
In my quick search, I thought about the “Tower 200” which was advertised on tv and sponsored by an MMA fighter. I also came across one by lifelineUSA, which is sold through elitefts. Is anyone familiar with these or have any other suggestions? Any comments/advice would be appreciated.
