I’ve been using this site for about a year now and the gains I have made have been amazing. When I started at T-mag I was 202, I’m now up to 235. I’ve used many of the programs found on here. But now I’m trying to learn more about the science of this. I’ve heard a few mention the Essentials of Strength Training and Conditioning.
What other resources are out there that I could use to enhance my knowledge and bring it to the next level.
