I hate cardio machines. I hate running on a treadmill, I feel like a rat running around in spinning wheel. I read that people who do computer work or sit for long periods of time should not be using the bicycle for cardio because of its posture but what about the sitting bike machine? How does that affect your hips?
I do a lot of computer work and sitting around and have been a resent fan of the article (de)constructing computer guy and I took a personal training course over the summer time that has given me a decent foundation in principals for training but there is still a lot to learn.
