If I am aiming for 30 reps of a certain exercise per day, will there be a difference in gains if I spread the reps throughout the day (10 in morning, 10 in afternoon etc)as opposed to knocking off 30 in a short time, taking as many sets as needed and resting 90-120 secs inbetween sets?
what? Never heard of a question like this before.
It’s been said that you can do 10 mins of activity 3 times a day, which can be just as beneficial as 30 mins total.

Yes that was what I meant…but I was wondering whether strength and size gains would be affected as well
