Replicability of Movements

@CT how come some individuals can watch someone do a movement and replicate it perfectly and another person cannot mimic the movement whatsoever. Is it a mind muscle connection thing or an efficient/ inefficient nervous system thing, etc…?

Cheers

Not CT but I know what you mean. This applies to sports, dancing, etc., etc. I think it has to do with overall athleticism and certain brain functions. I can teach a high school athlete an approach or method and they look like they have been doing it for years on their first try, others, not so much. Takes weeks of repetitiveness and queues to get them even close. Quite intriguing actually…

some people respond through visual, others audio, or sensory.
it depends on the individual.
when learning, some are better at remembering wht they heard, or saw, or felt
