Replacement for Eggs and Bananas

I need to find a replacement for eggs and bananas.

Why?
I think I’m developing an allergy to both of them
-For I don’t know how long, I’ve been eating both for breakfast nearly every breakfast. Now (no matter how I prepare them), they make me feel sick. Even when I throw a banana in a protein shake.
-sick defined as feeling naseaus and sluggish

What I like about eggs (nutritionally)
-source of cholesterol
-good fats
-high protein
-very cheap

What I like about bananas
-carb source
-potassium
-fiber
-cheap

I’ve been doing some thinking and I can’t think of any other foods that have all or most of these qualities. If someone can clue me in, I’d be very appeciative. Cheap is very important.

Whole milk peanut butter sandwich. Throw a scoop of generic whey in the milk. I shit you not.

I actually have trouble digesting eggs. I’m not a big fan…but the other day I tried a breakfast burrito…and it tasted pretty damn good but still after a few bites I started feeling sick to my stomach with no hope of forcing it.

Cantaloupe has more potassium than banana does. Don’t beans have a lot of potassium too? What about a breakfast burrito with beans, cheese, avocado, and maybe some diced chicken breast.

Why on earth are you seeking high potassium foods?

I get cramps in my thighs and cricks in my neck whenever my diet gets low in it.

Sounds delicious, but for every morning it would get a bit pricey (avocodo and chicken). I’ll definately give that a try on occassion.

off topic:

common misconseption but when you are feeling sick you dont get naseaus you get nauseated

and if it is contagious then you are also naseaus but the feeling of being sick is still described as nauseated…

On topic:

I’m guessing you tilt the cup to your mouth and it slowly oozes in like delicious protein-packed cement.

Smoked Turkey Sausage and quarter cup of oatmeal with almond milk and vanilla protein powder.

Sometimes. Depends on the amount of water or milk I add.

A lot = Milkshake

A little = Pudding

I think I have an allergy to bananas too.

When I eat bananas I get very nauseous and have even thrown up. I read on wikipedia that there is a relationship between banana and avocado allergies, i.e. if you are allergic to one you are probably allergic to the other, and I have thrown up after eating avocados so I don’t doubt the theory.

Supposedly, you are supposed to be allergic to latex too if you are allergic to bananas and avocados, but latex has never bothered my skin. I haven’t tried eating it though.

I have no eating suggestions.
