Repeating IBB Cycle?


Hi there first post, just started following the IBB program and what a blast, havent felt this sort of pump in a while. However after doing the first week of shoulders, i felt quite tired from it even with the rest days.

I noticed Chris mentions doing each one for atleast 2 weeks and not skipping a phase, but would it be bad to do a complete cycle then back to start again. I.e. spend 1 week on each phase then circle back and go again?

If you want to do it the way you stated, just go ahead and do so. You will find out whether or not it works for you. No real right or wrong way to do it. Trial and error is an inevitably to success.


Hmm well ill just try 2 weeks of each stage, just wanted to hit some chest before xmas
