If a person were to use the same exercises for 9 weeks but change the rep scheme, would this constitute enough change to spur new growth in the muscle?
6-8 weeks is about right for proper adaptation to take place. Just make sure you try a little harder every time your next workout rolls around. Then switch to a refreshing rutine. And don’t forget your supersets damn it!
