Rep Scheme Questions

3 questions-
What % of my 1RM for deadlift should I use for a 6x3 workout?
I’m also using 5x5 for squats and wondering what % of my 1RM should be used for that?
What rep scheme should be used for box jumps?

Prilepin’s table is a good guideline to determine the percentages or the reps x sets for your training.

If you pushing either the dead or the squat really hard you probably wanna be taking it a bit easier on the other one. Since both lifts require similar muscle groups its usually unnecessary to nail them both hard, especially during the same session.

As for the %, it depends. Some people choose a weight they can do for the full 5 sets of 5 then up the weights each session. Others start heavier and maybe get 5,4,4,3,2 the first week and try to hit the full 5 sets of 5 over the course of a cycle. Either method and others will work.
