Rep Ranges for Size

i have been lifting heavy for quite some time now and strength is on my side. i do not care more so about strength anymore i want to build some serious size just wondering if there is any specific rep range anyone recommends. thanks

I’d suggest 5-8 reps just in general

You’re best to stick in the 1-30 range.

I’d say 1-29! That thirtieth rep is overrated.

right now im 5’10 195 im 19 yrs old been lifting for around 5 years bench is 375 squat is 490 deadlift 485 over head press 200 yeah i am not super strong but i am looking to gain more size in the muscle not just lifting for strength if that helps
