What kind of rep ranges do you guys usually use for romanian deadlifts?

Either work up to a heavy set of 3-5 or I’ll try to do as many reps as I can with a pretty heavy weight, usually 10-15.

Since you’re a beginner, you should probably start with a very light weight and learn proper form first, and then stay in the higher rep range for a while till you get the hang of it. (8-12 reps) Then maybe try some heavy work.
go for the 1-leg RDL.

Nothing over 8 reps as your rhomboids are going to fail before your PC.
Agree with well everyone here.I do any where from 3-heck 15 but id suggest you saty a bit higher for a while 8-12 like above said and the One leg RDL is a great choice as well
