Renegade Training

I recently purchased Renegade Training for Football and Renegade Training for
Extreme Sports. I love the info. in these books. My main goals are to improve my strength and conditioning, w/o increasing my bodyweight. I’m 5’10", weigh 230, w/~10%bf. I bench 345, incline press 300, push press 205,
squat 350, bb curl 165. Not bad for a 31yr. old geezer. I just wanted to give some props to Coach Davies. If any of you think that you are in shape, try one of Coach Davies’ programs. You will probably change your mind!

I couldn’t agree more. Renegade Training got me in the best shape of my life.

But I’ve changed my goals and am focusing purely on size and strength right now, so I’m using many of CW’s programs.

However, RT will always remain close to me, and I’m sure I’ll use it again to get in super shape.
