Renegade Training

I have been very interested in some more articles from Coach Davies. I like what was posted on the website. What I was wondering is there a push example program to go with the pull program that was outlined in Renegade Trainging? If so when is TC going to release it? Also, is there any time frame when Coach Davies is going to get his football training book on the market? IF so are you guys going to carry it? I would like to purchase it.

if I were you, I would begin to modify my training renegade-style. GPP,rope work, and renegade exercises-power cleans,front squats,hacks squats,push press,bench,towel chins,reverse hypers, and gh raises.
once you begin to get the hang of these, I would order the VIP club and become a true renegade.
