renegade rope training

i use this for a warm up befor i lift weights, but i was wondering if this program would have better results if i used my strength shoes while i was doing it?

That sounds precarious. Just make sure you stay on your toes as you jump and land and you’ll get planty of calf stimulation.

I would stray away from that idea. You could try it, but I’m thinking it would make for a very clumsy and dangerous rope session. The rope will probably catch alot on the platform of the shoe.

I would pass on using those shoes during the Rope work. Are you doing the full 3 minute rounds and if so how many rounds? I look forward to hearing from you. In faith, Coach Davies
