for improving work capacity we’ll also do complexes, 5 - 6 reps per arm /leg of 5 or 6 exercises

example:

  1. 1 arm snatch x 5 l / r
  2. 2 hand squat x 5
  3. 2 hand reverse lunge x 5 l / r
  4. 1 arm clean and press x 5 l / r
  5. 1 arm row x 5 l / r
  6. 1 arm high pull x 5 l / r or 2 hand swings x 10 reps
