Hi, I used to follow T-Nation last summer when I trained and got up to over 200 pounds and unfortunately falling ill several times. I have just restarted, be much appreciated if you send me some links to some nutrition advice, like how many calories and what proportions etc.

Yeah, I don’t want to burst my own bubble but I was over 200 pounds but I didn’t look like I did or lift enough for it, I was by no means fat as i’d always been sinny! I put it down to having a massive bum and thighs but still couldn’t squat that much!
