Rehab of Ankle

i’ve a crack on my outer ankle, did anyone experience something similar? what kind of supplements you take & dose can help speed up the recovery process?

what i’ll do is :
multi-vitamin & minerals:normal dose x3
calcium: 1800mg-calcium (normal x3)
glucosamine sulfate: 3375mg
chondroitin: 1500mg
ZMA : normal x 2

any idea??
