Reg Park Routine, What Do You Think?

I found this on the internet and womdered if you experienced peeps on here thought this would be any good?

Mon -Wed_Fri

Barbell Curl 4x6-8

Seated Behind Neck Press 4x6-8

Bench Press 5x5

Barbell Row 4x6-8

Barbell Squat 5x5

Deadlift 5x5

Apparently this was a Reg Park from an old Iron Man issue from around 1985

Any feedback would be appreciated?

Looking for a goodmuscle building routine would this be suitable?

That workout would kill me. Too much work in one w/o and too soon to repeat it all (3x per week) IMO.
