Refeeds- Frequency

I read that leaner people need refeed to raise leptin levels more often, about once a week. Is this true? if so why? The Get shredded diet doesn’t address this, it seems to imply you should continue with one every 14 days. input on this would be great, thanks in advance!

It depends On way to many issues the individual, the goals, HOW LEAN are we talking, training, the diet itself the foods and how restricted it is k/cal wise etc etc…
