So Im curious exactly how refeed days work into this. So your low carbs for number days then you Carb up the next day but how does Carbing up effect the fat loss effect from low carb?
Most of it is just water retention that falls off in the next couple days.
High carb days replenish the amount of glycogen in your muscles and keep your metabolism running high so your progress doesn’t stall. Don’t be afraid of the temporary weight gain after a high carb day.
