Reeves Trap Bar

Good afternoon CT and other forum readers. Since a lot in this forum are into training the traps/upper back who here has tried the reeves deadlift using the trap bar? I am 6’3 and I place a 25 on first then my 45’s with the iron grip handles for that wider spacing, then another 25 for that buffer then adding additional 45’s depending on feel. Been doing these consistently and they sure do blast my upper back/posterior chain mighty fine. bar done, my favorite DL variation. Add in the REEVES trap bar carries as well while keeps the traps high. Surprised most folks don’t discuss this lift more.

*Now not doing the traditional reeves plate pinching the 45’s

I’ve never heard of these. I’m a whore for training my grip, I’ll try them as a deadlift warmup.
