Reduction of Exercises

At what point during any of your programs or routines do you decide to reduce the number of exercises, i.e. from 12 exercises to 10 and then from 10 to 8

what are the deciding factors?

It is usually your recorded progress. When your resistance and reps plateau on half or more of your exercises, that’s a good time to reduce the number of exercises.
