A lot of guys at my gym have been talking about red-rockets. I tried doing some research and couldn't find much. I know that there illegal, and have been for years. The fellas i've talked to say that with red rockets + a solid diet and some cardio fat pretty much melts right off you with little to no muscle loss. When something sounds way to good to be true, it always is, so I was just wondering if anyone here has tired these? I was planning on doing a 3week ec stack and 3-4 cardio sessions a week, but im told rr's are a lot better?
The reason I ask is because I'm going down-south in may after exams are done. I've cut about 15.lbs in 2 months w/o any loss of strength (205 down to 190) just by eating really clean. I think im gonna have to lean down to about 180. I'd like to do this without losing too much strength/muscle mass. The guys at the gym said to give the red-rockets a try. I just thought I'd ask before I started poping pills back lol.
Any answers would be greatly appreciated, a lot of you guys in this fourm really seem to know your stuff!
