Recurring Back Problem

I have a strange problem with my back. I keep getting injuries right at the point where the glute joins the erectors, and only on my left side. I almost never injure my erectors; they seem fine.

It’s just that border between two muscle groups that is the problem. Anybody else have this issue? Any suggestions as to how to address it? Any help would be much appreciated.


I use to have this aswell, i’m pretty sure it was because of my glutes. Try doing some glute activation exercise I suggest reading Eric Cressey’s “Get YOur Butt In Gear” articles.
