Recuperation Between Programs


My friend and I have been following a program for the past 5 weeks and doing additional work (its a 4 day program 1x a day, we have been going in 6-7 days a week, 2x a day) The first phase of the program ends this Sunday. I've heard about letting your CNS recover after a training phase. How long should we take it easy? should we do Anaerobics during this time/how intense?
