Along with my training and nutrition programs ive really gotten into alternative (not really the right word) recovery methods. Such as things ranging from hot and cold tub treatments (something thats gained popularity among athletic trainers), flexibility work and stretching, deep tissue massage, steam room therapy,hingts along that line.
If anybody has any good links, books methodology or ideas i could look into please post. Nothing is too far out there, i am just interested in anything related to this.
