I workout 3 times per week and on the first workout(Monday) of the week I’m planning to blitz one body part. (Doing some experimenting.) Anyway the rest of my workouts are much easier on most body parts as I’m trying to prioritize. Now I’ve heard of Louie S. and even John Berardi using revcovery sets to help in…well recovery. At the very least I think it should help eliminate DOMS. Now should I do my recover set on Wensday or Friday? Thanks.
the recovery sets emphasizing the muscle you expect to be sore should either be done on the same day at least a couple of hours later or the next day. you want to get blood in there quickly.
