I am looking for as much info as possible on recovery modalities. For those of you who aren’t familiar, revoery modalities are things like contrast showers, ice baths, epsom salt baths… basically little tricks to help speed recovery. I am also looking for any info I can get about self massage techniques. There was a cool tip posted recently that showed a nifty little invention that massaged your hamstrings by rolling it on your legs. Any info or links would be appreciated.
I think Robertson or Cressey wrote an article over that using foam roller not too long ago. Try that.
