Ok, I’ve obtained Protein Hydrosylate here is what I’ve found so far My Mix: (body weight 178)
- 65 carbs worth of Ultra Fuel (2.25 scoops)
- 33 protein grams of Hydro
- 1/2 cup of Twinlab BCAA’s (drink seperate)
- 1/4 cup of crystal light (doesn’t mess up the ratio)
Taste: Slightly better than puke
Odor: Slightly better than puke
Results: So far, no huge “rush” but I do have more energy after a workout (I never suffer from DOMS anyway)
Anybody have better combo’s - mine’s ok but the puke taste is hard to shake out.
